Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CampusKH, Cambodia’s leading coding and digital solutions school. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. User Information & Content

  • By submitting any content, data, or materials to CampusKH, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, reproduce, and publish the content for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.
  • CampusKH reserves the right to sell, distribute, or republish course content published on our platform without additional compensation.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that all content they submit complies with intellectual property laws.

2. Account Usage & Security

  • Each account is for individual use only. Sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing learning access with other students is not allowed and is considered unauthorized distribution of our content. Violators may face account termination.
  • All user activities are monitored and tracked to ensure compliance with our policies.
  • Users are solely responsible for any illegal activities conducted through their registered account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The intellectual property rights of instructor-published content remain the responsibility of the instructor.
  • Instructors must ensure that their content does not violate copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.
  • CampusKH does not review or verify the IP compliance of instructor content before publication. Any disputes or legal consequences related to copyright violations are the sole responsibility of the instructor.

4. Content Usage & Restrictions

Without a written agreement from CampusKH, no one has the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell published content.
  • Download and engage in second-hand selling of course materials.
  • Remove, alter, or modify CampusKH branding on any content.

5. Prohibited Content & Legal Compliance

  • Publishing, storing, or distributing pornographic, sexually explicit, or illegal content on CampusKH is strictly prohibited.
  • Any user found engaging in such activities will be subject to Cambodian criminal law and immediate account termination.
  • CampusKH reserves the right to report violations to the relevant authorities.

6. Instructor Conduct & Content Guidelines

Instructors are prohibited from:

  • Affiliating their course content with external businesses, brands, or platforms.
  • Promoting or selling any products, services, or items within their learning materials.
  • Advertising or promoting competing LMS platforms, schools, websites, projects, or businesses unless they have received written approval from CampusKH.

7. Student Discounts & Scholarships

  • High school students are eligible for a 50% discount on CampusKH courses.
  • Students from underprivileged backgrounds may apply for 100% free access through our scholarship program.
  • CampusKH reserves the right to request verification of eligibility before granting discounts or free access.

8. Enforcement Actions for Violations

CampusKH enforces strict policies to protect our platform and content. If a user or instructor violates these terms, we may take the following actions:

8.1. Account Violations

  • Warning: First-time offenders receive a formal warning.
  • Temporary Suspension: Account access is temporarily restricted for further review.
  • Permanent Ban: Repeat or serious offenders will have their accounts permanently removed.

8.2. Legal & Financial Consequences

  • Unauthorized content distribution (sharing accounts, reproducing courses, illegal selling, etc.) may result in financial penalties and/or legal action.
  • Users who upload or distribute illegal content will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
  • CampusKH reserves the right to pursue legal claims against violators for financial losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CampusKH is not responsible for any copyright infringements made by instructors or users.
  • Users and instructors agree to indemnify and hold CampusKH harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from intellectual property disputes or illegal activities.

By using CampusKH, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
