By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these <strong data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"398\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"502\"><strong data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"500\">1. User Information &amp; Content<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"1039\">\n<li data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"781\">By submitting any content, data, or materials to CampusKH, you grant us a <strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"662\">non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license<\/strong> to use, distribute, modify, reproduce, and publish the content for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"925\">CampusKH reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"849\">sell, distribute, or republish<\/strong> course content published on our platform without additional compensation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1039\">Users are responsible for ensuring that all content they submit <strong data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1036\">complies with intellectual property laws<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1077\"><strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1075\">2. Account Usage &amp; Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1564\">\n<li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1187\">Each account is <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1123\">for individual use only<\/strong>. <strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1145\">Sharing accounts<\/strong> with others is strictly <strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1184\">prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1362\"><strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1217\">Sharing learning access<\/strong> with other students is <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1256\">not allowed<\/strong> and is considered <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1304\">unauthorized distribution<\/strong> of our content. Violators may face account termination.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1456\">All user activities are <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1414\">monitored and tracked<\/strong> to ensure compliance with our policies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1564\">Users are solely responsible for any <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1518\">illegal activities<\/strong> conducted through their registered account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1604\">3. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1728\">The <strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1645\">intellectual property rights<\/strong> of instructor-published content remain the <strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1725\">responsibility of the instructor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1850\">Instructors must ensure that their content does not <strong data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1847\">violate copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property laws<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"2067\"><strong data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1891\">CampusKH does not review or verify<\/strong> the IP compliance of instructor content before publication. Any disputes or legal consequences related to copyright violations are the sole responsibility of the instructor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2109\"><strong data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2107\">4. Content Usage &amp; Restrictions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2187\">Without a <strong data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2141\">written agreement<\/strong> from CampusKH, <strong data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2167\">no one<\/strong> has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2390\">\n<li data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2251\">Reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell published content.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2323\">Download and <strong data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2300\">engage in second-hand selling<\/strong> of course materials.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2390\">Remove, alter, or modify <strong data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2372\">CampusKH branding<\/strong> on any content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2441\"><strong data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2439\">5. Prohibited Content &amp; Legal Compliance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2792\">\n<li data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2578\">Publishing, storing, or distributing <strong data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2536\">pornographic, sexually explicit, or illegal content<\/strong> on CampusKH is <strong data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2575\">strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2706\">Any user found engaging in such activities will be subject to <strong data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2669\">Cambodian criminal law<\/strong> and immediate account termination.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"2792\">CampusKH reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2761\">report violations<\/strong> to the relevant authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2845\"><strong data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"2843\">6. Instructor Conduct &amp; Content Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2884\">Instructors are <strong data-start=\"2862\" data-end=\"2876\">prohibited<\/strong> from:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"3231\">\n<li data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"2973\"><strong data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2902\">Affiliating<\/strong> their course content with external businesses, brands, or platforms.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3068\"><strong data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3000\">Promoting or selling<\/strong> any products, services, or items within their learning materials.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3231\"><strong data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3167\">Advertising or promoting competing LMS platforms, schools, websites, projects, or businesses<\/strong> unless they have received <strong data-start=\"3194\" data-end=\"3228\">written approval from CampusKH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3277\"><strong data-start=\"3236\" data-end=\"3275\">7. Student Discounts &amp; Scholarships<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3278\" data-end=\"3598\">\n<li data-start=\"3278\" data-end=\"3363\"><strong data-start=\"3280\" data-end=\"3304\">High school students<\/strong> are eligible for a <strong data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3340\">50% discount<\/strong> on CampusKH courses.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3364\" data-end=\"3481\"><strong data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3411\">Students from underprivileged backgrounds<\/strong> may apply for <strong data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3446\">100% free access<\/strong> through our scholarship program.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3482\" data-end=\"3598\">CampusKH reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"3515\" data-end=\"3539\">request verification<\/strong> of eligibility before granting discounts or free access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3600\" data-end=\"3646\"><strong data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3644\">8. Enforcement Actions for Violations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3647\" data-end=\"3800\">CampusKH enforces strict policies to protect our platform and content. If a user or instructor violates these terms, we may take the following actions:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3835\"><strong data-start=\"3806\" data-end=\"3833\">8.1. Account Violations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3836\" data-end=\"4087\">\n<li data-start=\"3836\" data-end=\"3899\"><strong data-start=\"3838\" data-end=\"3850\">Warning:<\/strong> First-time offenders receive a formal warning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3900\" data-end=\"3990\"><strong data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"3927\">Temporary Suspension:<\/strong> Account access is temporarily restricted for further review.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3991\" data-end=\"4087\"><strong data-start=\"3993\" data-end=\"4011\">Permanent Ban:<\/strong> Repeat or serious offenders will have their accounts permanently removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4089\" data-end=\"4134\"><strong data-start=\"4093\" data-end=\"4132\">8.2. Legal &amp; Financial Consequences<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4135\" data-end=\"4509\">\n<li data-start=\"4135\" data-end=\"4302\"><strong data-start=\"4137\" data-end=\"4237\">Unauthorized content distribution (sharing accounts, reproducing courses, illegal selling, etc.)<\/strong> may result in <strong data-start=\"4252\" data-end=\"4275\">financial penalties<\/strong> and\/or <strong data-start=\"4283\" data-end=\"4299\">legal action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4410\">Users who <strong data-start=\"4315\" data-end=\"4355\">upload or distribute illegal content<\/strong> will be reported to <strong data-start=\"4376\" data-end=\"4407\">law enforcement authorities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4411\" data-end=\"4509\">CampusKH reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"4444\" data-end=\"4467\">pursue legal claims<\/strong> against violators for financial losses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4511\" data-end=\"4546\"><strong data-start=\"4514\" data-end=\"4544\">9.
